I like the idea of cooling the GPUs from the bottom.
But the design is flawed.
The fan is basically blowing air from the bottom on the GPUs, and then sucks that air back in.
So all you've managed to do, is recirculate the air via a slightly longer path!
It would have made more sense, if a fan and channel system existed, that routed open GPU cooler systems, to the open slot bracket; since most GPUs use 2 to 3 slot size cards.
This system is pretty useless in an enclosed case.

At best if one could reverse the airflow, and have the pipes suck the air out, and rout a hose to somewhere out the case; but these blower style fans do just that. They can't significantly reverse the airflow when the motor is rotating in the opposite direction.

Are not all Motherboards the same way?
How is this Different then say the ASUS X299 Motherboard?
Do you mean the Fan that Cools the M.2 Drives and Chipset?

PS I have 3 X299 Dark Motherboards 2 under Custom Water Loops and on With an Hybrid GPU Cooler and Custom Water Loop on the CPU.
This is not your everyday Motherboard just like the Z390 Dark.

    Oh, sorry,
I thought the channels were opened on the side of the GPUs.

They are on the some GPU's, well the Top and Bottom of the Card that is.
Only Blower Style Coolers blows the air out to the Rear of the Graphics Card and case. Some also out the front side of the GPU.
But what has this to do with the X299 Dark Motherboard?

It would be nice to see some sort of motherboard rout open style graphics card hot air to the rear.
    That's all.

So it is not only the X299 Dark Motherboard you speak of but all Motherboards.
Not sure that would be possible or feasible to change any standard ATX Motherboard for what you are asking.
It seems to be more of a Graphics Card issue than a Motherboard issue or a flawed design with the X299 Dark Motherboard.

Prodigit you can edit your first post now that you have a better understanding of the PCH / M.2 cooler fan and routing is so other don't get confused by your statement
