    You are running PX1 0.3.17.0?
How do you have PX1 setup for the OLED?

How are your Fans on the Radiator Connected?

Power Down your Computer and Monitor and Turn Off the Power Supply Switch for a few minutes.
When you installed 0.3.17.0 did you get a Prompt to update the LED Firmware?
And if so did it Complete?

It took a bit to add the Rad Fan but it is showing the RPM.
Only the 4-Pin Connector on the GPU will show the RPM and needs to be a 3-Pin or 4-Pin Fan.

ok sorry for the delay.  I have 3.17.0 at default.  I have push pull noctuas and they are y split together with one connecting to the black ribbon male pwm off the kingpin.  Still 0rpm after the reset and monitor off w no psu on. I find it odd because im getting the same result even if i plug into the pwm on the rear of the card?

    Thanks for the quick replys!

Can you connect the Graphics Card to the PCIe Slot that is Next to the CPU Slot.
Remove the Ribbon Cable / Riser Cable that is as it can cause issues.

Can you connect one of the Fans that Came with your Card and plug it in to the Connector that has 4 Pins in it.
The Connector that come out between the two Tubes.

How do you have the OLED Monitoring Setup?
You image above looks like the Default.

Okay, with two stock fans and everything connected the same way card out of the box. Originals wiring connects only one tachometer signal from one of the fans, leaving other fan RPM signal not connected.
Assuming that both fans are same type, same PWM speed setting mean that both fan speeds is close. If you use 3rd party adapter to connect multiple fans to KPE , that may connect tachometer signals together, causing monitoring problem, when card cannot detect correct signal frequency to calculate RPM.

If you can take closeup photo of all connectors/connections or draw a diagram where each wire go, that would be helpful in troubleshooting.

If you have question, please post in public forum. I do not reply PMs, so all in community can benefit the answer.

This is the correct Y-Adaptor you want to use
    This is what I use https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N1Z3FYD 4-Pin
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00C46DX4S 3-Pin

    Others https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JFMVSYG
    or https://www.amazon.com/eBoot-Splitter-Sleeved-Computer-Converter/dp/B01N1Z3FYD

This is NOT the Correct Y-Adaptor to use
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076HBQTD5
    or https://www.amazon.com/Rosewill-Splitter-Duplicator-Converter-Adapter/dp/B01N0XQ7XC

Never use this type of a Y-Adaptor

You still need to Test with the Stock Fan and report back.
