Hello,
I noticed the problem today. When I work on a computer - I run applications or browse photos (I'm a photographer) music jams. These pauses lasting half of a second, but very annoying. I tried installing new drivers, removing software etc. but still the same. Can anyone help me?

Did you turn off Power Saving on the USB that is on the NU Audio Card under Device Manager?

Please show me where it is (screenshot). In device manager i see EVGA USB AUDIO DEVICE, but in properties there is no power saving options.

I got monitor connected with DP cable, so i tried play music via monitor speakers and then stuttering is gone.
I also tried change pci-e port without positive effect.

    Thant Too!
You should also update your Chipset Drivers.

I was having the same issue. About to try the fixes suggested in this thread. I have done the update of my ASMEDIA drivers. Took a bit of looking to locate the settings that bcavnaugh mentioned. I too was having trouble finding them. I looked in a few places - primarily two: one in Device Manager and the other under "Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings" where I found USB Selective Power Settings already set to Disabled.

Back in Device Manger, I went through a number of instances of EVGA NU Audio. Did not see the setting indicated. However, down under a few of my USB controllers, I found an additional setting - labeled Power Management. "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" was still checked on a few of them. I am including a screenshot of one of them. I do not know if I got the right one though.

bcavnaugh - where in Device Manager is this setting located more precisely?
