I have found that enabling Precision Boost in the bios,
and selecting AMD power management in windows, under additional power settings ( this is a must if you have and AMD CPU), Does a wonderful job of boosting my CPU and managing my CPU cores, better than i can do by forcing all core overclocks at a set voltage. For benchmarking with these setting i do usually disable cool and quite in the bios also, but that forces an all core boost, which runs hotter 40-55c, compared to 30-45c for a cool and quite daily driver.

You're going to destroy your CPU at 1.51v.

your right FROSTYBE3R ive only used it for brief benchmark runs. But these chips are cheap compared to the intel.

I have personally found very little benefit in going above 1.45vCore for my manual overclocks.  IMO, 1.4 is all that is necessary to extract what my and most 2700x silicon examples are capable of flat out sans exotic cooling.  Since I have a golden sample IMC I never spend much time pushing raw clock frequency because the word on the street is honestly the true case.  Excellent cooling and minor XFR fiddling will get you better frames, better benchmark scores, better reliability, and probably significantly superior longevity than a manually set all core.

That said, I have little use for Ryzen master.  The C7H UEFI has all that is necessary to get the most out of a chip.

Have you considered tuning your memory?

EDIT:

Man, your SoC voltage is bothering me.  I have dual rank 32GB of 3200MT memory running @ 3400MT 14-14-14-14-28-42 dead stable on a SoC of 0.950v.  The Stilt and Der8aeur have attested to 1.1v being the most anyone should be running their SoC for best memory clocking, timings, and subs.  Most 2700x chips if they are capable of reliably running 4.25 can hit it at >1.4v.  Your memory looks to be overvolted and  your ProcODT looks ok but maybe not optimal depending on the actual memory chips in play.  I'd love to help you optimize if you're in...

I saw in a later screen shot your ram voltage dropped to 1.35v and your vSoc dropped to 1.1v. Which is where i was going to suggest starting.  What's you board and DIMM model numbers?

Im looking at building an AMD build for the wife later on. Are the AM4 Ryzen APUs good, the iGPUs good and or overclocking?  The most demanding game she plays is Skyrim.
