Why is the iPhone 8 higher priced at Best Buy? (Problem Solved)

Best Buy is selling it for $799 while other places are charging $699. I think this is a classic example of price gouging. I did get an email with a $100 gift card with purchase. I wonder if they raised the price to offset the $100 gift card they are offering?

EDIT: Solved. I was looking at the unactivated price. Mine would be activated. So it is $699.

    Apples Price Link that is the Apple Price. The 64GB2 @ $799.00 is Retail Their is no "price gouging" here.

    I am not seeing the Phone anywhere lower than what you have Posted above, maybe post some links to cheaper phones?

    Well It Looks like someone did not shop around.
    Best place to buy an iPhone is really at the Apple Store.
    Return your iPhone back to Best Buy and get it at one of he links you posted.

    But with the $100 gift card at Best Buy, I can get some accessories for the phone. The Apple store will charge more than Best Buy for accessories. Also, Best Buy will price match those accessories from other places like Amazon, Fry's, etc.
