Well I took all of the advice I got from you guys and I truly appreciate it. Not only that but the thread was pretty funny too. I think it’s safe to say I can’t do any more besides send it off to a creator 😅 but none the less I appreciate the effort. The cat is being put on probation which means he is locked out of my room. This has been a good lesson learned... let’s not have an open case with cats around. With that in mind, what can i do with the card?

I've learned a few things, that's the best part for me. 🤓
 
My suggestion would be to sell it on eBay, explaining what happened, someone with the skill to repair it would buy it.
I wouldn't put it on auction with a starting price of 0.99 cents though. I would ask for a certain price at first.
 
But if you live in the US, why not call at Rossmann workplace (New York) and ask what can be done?
He might be interested in having a look at it, for free or not, on his Youtube channel. You have nothing to lose giving it a try.
Because of the story with the cat pee, he might find that interesting and would want to include it in a stream.

Give it a shot with that YouTube guy first.

If not then sell it for parts on ebay.. check what others are getting first for past sold parts cards.

I'm betting good money that guy from YouTube would want to check it out as it would make an interesting video title.

I agree with AHowes. A skilled electronician will be able to tell what's wrong with your card.
 
If it's anything but the GPU chip itself, it might be recoverable. Seeing that a 1080Ti goes around 700$ these days, if I were you i'd definitively try everything before giving up!

The GPU chip itself can be changed for a working one, I think they need to do an operation called 'reballing' or something similar.
But it's a hell of a job, it doesn't always work, and at what price?
 
With a little luck in the bad luck, only a few components would need to be changed, like capacitors and resistors.
