360+ would be a good idea as you can add to it later on down the road when you upgrade the graphics card and add it to the loop. Then add another 360 or 480 rad later.
Just get a good pump so you can keep using it as you expand later on.
Up to you if you want to blow the money on a GPU block if there is one that will work with your card.
Selling that GPU block after is always a hassel and a loss cause people usually only want to pay half for it.. and if you used colored dye coolant it could be a total loss and no one will want a stained glass block.
But a water cooled card is a happy card that will always overclock better running cool and also alot quieter. So it's always worth it in my book.
