Today the power supply and the motherboard came from the service. Both have no problems. Now I suspect the GPU.

Guess you'll need to rma it too.
I will send my GPU and my Motherboard to Asus. They will tell me what is wrong. Evga didn't like what I tried for a new RMA.

Tell them you tested the video card in another known good working system and it only ran at x8 speed when it should be running at x16.

I've told the US EVGA customer service team about your issue. Hopefully they can get in contact with the EVGA customer service team in Turkey to do something for ya.

No problem. When did you buy the card, and where did you buy it from?
amazon.co.uk November 2018 Pc system collected in January. 1 month later the first graphics card failed. The RMA product delivered in March. I have been trying to solve the problem since March. A new power supply and a new motherboard did not solve the problem.

definitely a peculiar problem with the Asus boards mentioned
I have a cheap MSI B350 board and it has never let me down
  Corsair Obsidian 750D Airflow Edition + Corsair AX1600i PSUMy desktop uses the ThinkVision 31.5 inch P32p-20 Monitor.My sound system is the Edifier B1700BT

Before it failed, I had been using my first graphics card on the PCIe 3.0x16 slot. My first motherboard was Asus B450 Tuf Plus Gaming. The RMA product has not worked my first motherboard. Then, I have changed my motherboard. Asus B450 Tuf to Asus X470 Tuf. The results are same.

Hello Sajin What have you thought my situation about? You think, Should I send my Gpu and my motherboard to Asus or just Gpu to Evga? If I do the first one and the gpu is faulty, I lose more time.

I'm not hearing a beep from the motherboard after POST like there should be when it passes POST, that's an issue..No beep can mean Quick Boot/Fast Boot is Enabled or no VGA is detected.
One short beep can mean VGA is detected and Quick Boot/Fast boot is Disabled (page 2-15 of your mobo manual).
You should check in the BIOS -> Boot section and set Fast Boot to Disabled and CSM (Compatibilty Support Module) to Enabled if they are not already and see if that matters.

Thanks for your help. I have removed the motherboard and the gpu. I going to send both product to Asus and wait reply. I do not know what should I do anymore. I have not been solving for three months. I have tried everything. I bought it at january. Damn, I have used my pc just one month.

I feel your pain, but maybe you should check on those things, if you haven't yet, before you send the stuff to Asus..No need to put the mobo back in the case, just put it together on a table and turn it on, but you knew that already.
