Is Precision still bundled with the overlay/statistics server?

Been using MSI AB because I can chooise to actually NOT install the overlay (never use it). Does Precision still force the stat server install?
 
Deleting the executable after installation isn't an answer.

    I think so, but simply install the latest version to see for yourself.
