my 2080 Ti seems to be having an issue with its fan. There appears to be a grinding issue. Is there any way to fix it or should I maybe pursue RMA? Attached video with evidence.

Make sure any wires aren't hitting the fan.

Sounds like its rubbing up against the heatsink fins.

Could remove the card and spin it with your finger and examine to see what's hitting.. prob be easy as in just bending a single heatsink fin away closest to the fan blades.

No wires in the way, problem seems a bit intermittent its not happening right now. I have pressed the fan in a bit when it happened before but until it happens again its a bit hard to tell whats wrong. Thanks for the analysis

Doesn't seem like heatsink blades are in the way, I've jostled the fan a little doesn't seem to have helped. Not sure if its a fan speed issue, I have it set to 20% when not under load and it goes up to pretty standard rates when gaming. I seem to be getting some coil whine now too.

If it makes you feel any better my 2080ti ftw3 ultra has coil whine as well!

Not freaking out but its I believe only the 2nd card I've ever had that I've noticed a sound from. Glad my case has plenty of noisy fans and I use headphones when gaming so.. squeal away baby!!

Work itself out I'm sure in the long run after enough hours on load.

Its hitting 2205/8450 so it can do whatever it wants.. I'm not complaining haha

Coil whine doesn't seem to be an issue when idling, its mostly when i'm gaming and then it kinda gets drown out. Its the fan that seems to be an issue cause it persists even with idling.
