I've had this issue for some time now and I was wondering if someone with the same problem found a solution(bios, mcu etc)

Looks like X1 did not install correctly

After installing X1, did you do a full power purge ?   Turn off PC, pull the plug, wait for capacitors to discharge or hold start button 20 seconds ?  Does it work correctly now ?

Next : Try removing the X1 software, then reboot, go Offline, Stop All background software - even Security (thats why Offline).  Now reinstall the X1 software, do a full power purge.  Now reboot - does X1 work as it should ?

Try installing MSI Afterburner and see if the temps it shows are the same.  Also what does GPUz show.  Just trying to see if you are getting false readings.

I would try custom fan profiles w/P-X1 too as I see you aren't by your screen shots.

Same problem with afterburner, gpu-z shows the same temperature and so does hwinfo.
I am using a custom fan profile but the card ignores it at 74c.
Only "solution" i found was downvolting the card, but px1 is such a piece of garbage that the the curve sometimes reverts backs to the stock curve
