Hi,
When we play Warframe or borlands GOTY it crashes every time and we have to reboot the computer.
Seems like it only crahes after playing a game, we are displaying the temp and it stays at the temp
never cooling down.

Thank you

Hi ProCoversFX and welcome to the EVGA forums!

Did you mean the computer crashes or Precision X?

Which version of Precision X do you have installed, OC or X1 and which version number?

It's strange that Precision X crashing would prompt anyone to reboot their system unless the program can only open again after a reboot?

It is the newest version of Precision X1 (03.14.0) every time after playing Warframe
Precision X1 stops working and we have to re-start it.
We can tell because the temp never changes and it creates a dump file.

I have similar PC lock/crash issues when 0.3.14 is installed and even when X1 not operating. On random moments the PC will just freeze. Uninstalling X1 and use XOC solves the issue. It's is a freeze like there is an issue with the kernel of Windows 10 when it is even installed.
Happens on basic clock speeds of all hardware, bios boosting tech and maximum overclocks. Seems unrelated.

This also happens after taking all steps of troubleshooting like uninstall, latest DDU driver cleaner, fresh C++ redists, fresh driver installation and deleting all related files.

A new update of Precision X1 was released today. Can you see if the issue persists with this update?
