Hey guys, I would like to know what has happened with my RMA, in my profile says that the RMA is Completed, but it's now five days since that happened and I do not have a tracking number yet, can you guys help me with that? RMA number: ************

Hmm...I'm not sure you should list your RMA number except in private (could be silly for me to think this way)... Hoping someone from eVGA sees this soon...(they're Pacific time, so it'll be a while yet)

What is listed Under "Member" then "My Products" They will email the address under your registration --> did you check your Spam filter ?

Might have been a mistake - sorry for the confusion The EVGA Rep made reference to Customs.... (& can see things I can't) I thought you would want to know how long Customs takes ... that is why I posted the FAQ as A Volunteer Moderator, I have no idea where a Member is located ---> Unless the Member chooses to publish it in their Profile

So, they are talking about the customs process and my replacement won't be shipped outside of the united states. I got confused now...

Depending on the model and if the unit failed outside of 30 days, it will be a recertified item. This does not indicate the card was repaired and may have been a card that came to us in a step up or refund. Let us know if you need anything else.
