As the summary says what does PLLtrim Offset and MC PLLtrim Offset do? When would use these settings, seems to be very little information on the internet regarding these two settings? Using an EVGA X299 Dark motherboard and Intel 9800x.

    These are adjustments for internal signals for cores and MC (memory controller). Playing with these settings can help to push little more overclocking or stability out of the chip. However too much might be give worse results, so you'll have to do trial and error testing to find best values for your particular chip and board.
