Where is The Manual for the Z390 DARK?

The Z390 DARK I discovered when I opened the box does not have a manual.  Yes, there was an Installation Quick Guide, but that is not enough. When I called customer service, I was told that a printed manual was not available and I was directed where to download one.  I explained to the representative that I had already downloaded a manual, but am not always on my computer to view it.  The X299 DARK that I also own has a manual and I refer to it often.  I am not pleased and do not understand how a top tier electronics manufacturer like EVGA decided to not provide customers who purchase their flagship motherboard with a printed manual.  EVGA charges a premium for the Z390 DARK and as a customer I feel shortchanged and not appreciated.

    You can always print it yourself, if viewing the PDF causes you issues
     
    Odds are you'll only want to print a few of the details pages - for reference - if they apply to your setup

    This has became more and more normal to not have a printed manual. A bios update could alter the manual so having a PDF just makes more sense since they can update it accordingly. I normally just use my phone to view the manual when I need to and can even search the manual for keywords to help me troubleshoot issues.

    There is an USB stick in the box with the motherboard - that has the manual on it in PDF format and all your drivers

    The USB stick is a bonus, I did not even get a manual with my Honda CV-r last year.
