I have to revive this issue. I'm checking my RMA page today and it says "Next Step: RMA Expired"
What is going on? I emailed the EU support the other day and they told me:
Apologies for the delay, this is due to a stock check currently going on in the RMA department.
This will be complete soon and your RMA will continue as normal.
It's been 4 days since that email and 12 days since I first submitted for an RMA. These wait times are completely unacceptable, it's like there's a single person in charge for the entire Euro RMA process.
I understand that they need to do a stock check for shipping cards out, but I don't understand why couldn't they approve the RMA and my card would've already been with them long ago - that would save me like 3-5 days of shipping time.
Really disappointed with how this is handled, it's been 3 weeks since my GPU is not working...
