Geforce Hotfix breaks Precision X1

Precision X1 was working with GeForce drivers 419.35 and 419.67.  I downloaded the 425.11 hotfix for 419.67 and Precision X1 would no longer load.
 
Reverted back to 419.67 and it is working once more.  In case anyone else has a similar problem...

    Hello there,
    I went ahead and looked it the situation. I tested one of our 2080 XC Ultras and on one of our 1070 FTW cards. I was able to control PX1 while on the 425.11 drivers without issue.
    I would recommend trying again after doing a clean install with DDU or waiting until the full release drivers do come out as there could be an issue with the said driver as it is not currently available on Nvidia.com.
