I also do not have a USB. Title makes this an easy question hopefully as I do not want to input all my settings again

I don't have an immediate answer so I'll refer this to EVGA

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

Most of our newer boards offer the option to save and load your settings to USB, it's under the "Save and Exit" tab in the BIOS. Other than this, there's no other way to save your settings before flashing.

Also note - you cannot use a saved file from one bios version to another
Either screen shot (F12) all of the changed bios screens so you can refer back too them or write down all changes you have made from the "Optimized" settings
Makes you get real good at knowing what the settings you are changing are and do
