Is the current version stable? Overclocking better, worse? I had some issues installing this version but keen to have another look...

    No trouble on my end.
     
    Using to overclock my GPU Core and memory, max power and temp target, with a manual fan setting for my games.
    I would note I do not have it start with Windows, I just have a profile with the above settings I apply prior to my gaming. Then I go back to my default profile when done with my gaming session.

    I cant get it to work (won't load). And now 3.11 has issues (it didn't before). Specifically, it freezes the OS.

    I'd try doing a thorough sweep of any residual files after uninstalling and then try reinstalling again.
