High temps on an EVGA RTX 2080ti XC gaming card with 70% load.

my RTX 2080ti reaches 88 degrees with 100% fan speed while folding with only about 70% usage. My case is the Phenteks Enthoo Evolve Shift X mini ITX tower. I swaped out the stock phanteks  front fan with Noctua's 1500RPM Chromax. I also am using a Corsair H115i AIO with Phanteks Industrial grade 3000 RPM fans for the rad. the rest of my specs are in my sig just haven't updated the CPUz link. Are these temps normal for this card or could it be the case? btw I raised power limit to 130%.

    You may want to Review this Thread EVGA Folding @ Home Year 12 
    Maybe not the Best Card for this Case Enthoo Evolv Shift x I would say not enough Air Flow.
    Exhaust has no real outlet from the Graphics Card.

    I'm deffintly going to water cool this GPU I set power target to 95% which is 82c. Is the XC Gaming a reference board?
