I have 3x EVGA Titan Black SC, 2 of them boost  to 1176Mhz and one to 1189Mhz, so far these card have been problem free (knock on wood)
Making long story short. I don't want to use PrecisionX to downclock them I want to permanently remove the OC from all 3 of them I want them to boost to none OC Titan Black speed.
I am under the assumption that  I could flush them using none SC EVGA Titan Black bios, is that true, can someone who maybe did that before elaborate.
 
Also, if that is possible do I need to remove the other cards from the system to avoid posible issues.
And last thing, is there a risk of flashing bios, these cards have been great and I wouldn't want to mess them up, but there is a reason I want them to run slower.

Yep, you can use nvflash to flash the non sc version to your card. Flashing the cards one at a time with the other removed from the system is a good idea.
