I have a EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 GAMING, 08G-P4-5184-KR, 8GB
and at first i bought it off of the official EVGA ebay account, brand new. and i had it for about a month before starting up black desert online and playing for an hour all the fans on my pc sped up and my display went black, my temps and volts were all normal, and then i restarted and it happened an hour later but the display stayed black, and my MOBO display worked fine when i switched it so after changing to a higher volt PSU and that didnt fix the issue i returned the GPU for a new one
both GPUS had the EVGA logo on the side show points towards you when u look at the case, and it looks like they would be LED lights and ik other cards that have that light up
but BOTH of my cards don't do that
so im wondering if either A: the card i havent doesnt do that or B: something isnt hooked up right or C: theres something wrong with my MOBO?
i feel like just an LED wouldnt cause an issue like that to begin with? but now im paranoid and also wanna play BDO again but im scared it'll mess up my PC again
this is my first build so im kind of overly cautious and dont know a ton so any help would be appreciated
