I plan to run ultra wide 1440p with HDR if there is a 165 hz monitor I'd get it. I can order 2 hybrid kingpin 2080ti cards on launch day right? Or, is this limited to one person? And, will there be a hydro copper version of this card coming out later on?

Nobody knows but I would go with the assumption we will be limited to one card being that this is a limited release to begin with. If launch comes and you're allowed to grab 2 then it will be a pleasant surprise. Win-win!

Another question for you all, will these hybrid variant cards be monster overclockers compared to a waterblock version? Are waterblock cards the golden standard for cooling and overclocking in Kingpin edition cards besides Ln2?

AIO hybrid cooling is fine but not as good as custom cooling like liquid cooling and LN2. Should give you more wiggle room since you should be getting lower temps than say the Hybrid but since the Kingpin hybrid seems to come into the 240mm platform as opposed to 120mm, it might be closer to custom but we'll just have to see some reviews and tests imho.

True but a 240 thin rad cant keep up to a 360/480 thick rad hehe.
And let's not forget that the whole card is under that block so better then that extra heat plate from the hybrid cooler.
Colder the better but yeah.. ea card will be different so some wont care about that 10c difference and just overclock regardless.

As a general rule it would go: 1: LN2 2: Custom Loop 3: Hybrid CLC 4: Air Cooling When I had a Gigabye 2080Ti Waterforce (240mm Hybrid CLC) for a couple weeks in a client-build it was performing better than a Hybrid 120mm but still not as good as a custom loop. Temps with that card at full load with an OC never made it past the 55C mark on constant loop. This was with 2 fans on the radiator at low speed ~1000rpm so there was definitely some headroom if you wanted to crank the rad fans up to 11. I'm sure you could probably get that down to 50C with push-pull and/or fans at 1600rpm+. Custom loops usually keep heavy OC load temps in the low-to-mid 40's and depending on geography/system cooling efficiency can even be in the 30's. Idle is usually low-to-mid 20's, essentially ambient room temp.

I’m just curious if it’s an add on kit for the waterblock or two separate cards. I’d hate to buy an aio one and have a hydro copper version come out after their return policy ends. Or not buy one and miss out on getting one

Looks like it's going to be sold as a separate accessory for the Hydro Copper block. They won't be releasing a new GPU SKU with Hydro Copper pre-installed.

Remember, if you're interested in the 2080 Ti Kingpin and need a Associate Code as you can't purchase one without one, here is a code that can be used as many times as you want by you, your wife, kids, pets, neighbors, countrymen, etc. Associate Code: LMD3DNZM9LGK8GJ For future reference, you can also you this code for 5%-10% off any purchases at EVGA.com so it's not limited to just the Kingpin.

Obviously no card would ever go to 2300 on water, 2220ish is probably about the maximum you can expect with an overvolt

Then go Frosty or LN2. Sorry you are not able to get your Own KPE Hydro Copper Water Block over on the other side of the Pond.

Yeah apparently they're coming in stock... At some point according to Scan, £360 though... Wew. 'At some point' is rather vague.

Sorry if I have accidentally revived the topic, I just wanted to say that it is totally worth investing in Evga kingpin 2080ti hydro copper version as it is much better in terms of thermals. I do not know what for you use 2080ti but for example, I use it for gaming when I have free time from trading. I tried trading with crypto recently with Investous, but it didn't bring me a good profit. So I decided to continue trading on Forex where I've been trading for several years. I mostly buy shares in various companies. I'm assisted in this by professionals at the brokerage company forex who provide me with highly qualified analysts. They've never let me down and it is only thanks to them that I now have a high profit. I can make a good deal at any time and I only need to do a couple of operations on my phone. I believe this is the best way to make a good income at the moment.
