I'm thinking of either the 2080 ti black or the 2080 ti XC gaming as my case is the Phanteks enthoo shift X with a Ryzen 2700x CPU will upgrade to Ryzen 3000 when they are released. I'm just wondering which one would be better for pushing the card to the max? I can't have a 3 slot card as my case can barely fit the Asus GTX 1070 ti as it is and that card is 2.5 slot. I also have a 1440p monitor rated at 144 Hz. Acer predator.

Right now I have the EVGA 650 G3 but will upgrade in the future if Overclocking pushes this unit to the extream but I figure 105w TDP CPU 250w tdp GPU which is about 400w to about 500w give or take I'm keeping the CPU at stock because that way there I get the 4.3GHz max boost in games. I do have the Corsair 115i Pro with noctua 3000RPM fans.

I just ordered the xc gaming card. can't wait to test this baby out.
There's going to be an improvement to ur PC's performance! While waiting for my 2080-ti(s) I liked to imagine how much better, than the best of each, of the previous five or more generations they are. 7800 8800 280 480 580 680 780 980 1080 HAHAHA!!! ur all museum pieces now. Muahaha!!! lol
