Has anyone got experience of GPU repairing ?

I have foolishly been tricked into buying a broken GPU, search for please help i have been victim of a scam  if you want further info. sadly EVGA are unable to help but was wondering if any one on this forum could point me in the direction of someone who is able to repair them or at least give it a try, i would be happy to ship the card over to them to give it a shot i am based in the uk any help or advice would be great thanks. 
 

Motherboard: msi b350  pro carbon
CPU: Razyen 1600x  + Corsair Hydro Series H115i 
GPU: Evga gtx 980sc
RAM: 16GB corsair vengence lpx
PSU: Evga 650GQ

    What card is it?
    It might be cheaper to buy a new card.

    its a gtx 1080

    You should take it to a repair shop to see if it can be fixed.
