DG 85 Front Panel 3.0 Ports Not Working

As said in the subject i really dont know what to do here the usb 2.0 ports on the case work but the 3.0 on my dg 85 case doesnt....help. ive done so much for this problem from like updating windows, bios, chipset, drivers, usb 3.0 drivers - to add to this dg turner says "cant find usb hid" i actually cant believe this!

    What Motherboard are the USB 3.0 Front Panel Cables plugged on?
    Are the USB 3.0 Headers Enabled in the Motherboard Bios?

    , motherboard: msi b450 tomahawk, there are no usb 3 options in the settings,
    , case: dg 85
    , the front panel usbs are plugged into the usb 3.1 20 pin on the motherboard

    My MSI AMD Motherboard has an Option to Disable the USB 3.x Heard as well as my USB 2.0 Headers.
    Do you something like this to test the USB 3.x Header on your Motherboard?

    , i dont have one of those and i have checked the bios it just has some xhci hands off option and thats about it

    You could try a USB 3.0 expansion card with an internal header. With that you can bypass the motherboard and it should work. I find it highly unlikely the cable on case is bad.
