Can somebody explain me how to use Msi Afterburner Oc Scanne?

Hello. Have an question about OC SCANNER MSI AFTERBURNER. 
What is recommended before START SCAN. All power limit,temp limit,voltage maxed? Or only power limit and temp limit without voltage?
Or maybe all default?
 
I ask because using AORUS ENGINE UTILITY it messed my voltage fluctuate and have crashes in Fire Strike gpu test 1 looped still.

Pc:
9900K 5ghz ( llc level 5 idle 1.34-1.35v,load 1.313-323v)
2x16GB DDR4 GSKILL 3000mhz
Asus Prime Z390-A
Corsair 850RmX
Rtx 2080 Ti Aorus

    Ok if you cant help me i go no problem. But i dont ask only you "ger".
     
    I have question. When i run OC SCANNER it overclocked boost from 1695 to 1760 but max clock ( on lowest temp ) was 19990mhz on stress. But when i manually overclock to 1760mhz boost, i have max 2040mhz . Can somebody explain me this?
