Can't do nothing outside of the game when playing Fortnite.

So when i play Fortnite(Im not a fortnite player,i play it like once a week with friends i use it to diagnose pc problems mostly :) )And open a browser tab i can't do anything because i get freezes and stuff like that.Even the discord voice chat freezes.No matter what settings im using.Even when im in menu.Is it a problem with my computer or its happening because my CPU or something else isn't that powerful?
i5-7400 3.00 Ghz
16 gb ram
2 ssd,1 hdd
GTX 1060 Mini ITX OC 6 Gb

    But OK when Not Running Fortnite?
    If so then try turning off browser hardware acceleration.
    I do this in other browsers, turns off Hardware Acceleration and uses Software.
     IE 11

    I forgot it.
    Any other game i run,i don't get this problem.Its okay when not running Fortnite.
    I even have something else that is if i play a video in one tab and switch to another and switch back the video's sound continues but the video's image freezes But thats off game.
    Uhh.Did you wanted to paste some link or something else after : "If so then try this"?

    Really?I did go back on drivers so many times it did nothing.Its not a driver issue as im getting this problem for a long time even before my other problem and i switched drivers there but the issue is still there.

    Fortnite has issues as we all know.  More Issues
    "i use it to diagnose pc problems mostly" You might want to find a new Game that is Stable for Testing.

    The game that i had the most issues with.
    I can play Rainbow Six Siege at high graphics fine with browsing...I  can play Escape from tarkov at high graphics(very unoptimized game that has only 60 fps with high graphics on i7-7700k and 1080 ti)with stream playing on other monitor and talking on discord,so it might be a fortnite-side issue.

    I think the problem is that Fortnite always uses 100% of my CPU so it cant handle the Google Chrome...

    Seems like it's simple a resource issue, just lower the graphics quality settings and/or resolution of Fortnite and you should be fine
