Precision 0.3.12 BETA crash on startup. This happes totally random when i boot my computer. I have these 2 errors in event viewer and i hope it helps to reslove the problem.

I recommend not setting PX1 to startup with the OS

Uninstall evga px1 and remove any retaining evga folders you can find as theirs many left over under the c: drive.. check under your user folder. Lots of leftover stuff to conflict with different installs.

Is X1 @ default or have you set OC values ?
 
Go Offline, Stop All background apps -- Including Security when installing

I found out that my issues started when I put it on my D: drive.  Any chance that's what is causing yours?
