My password which worked at the beginning of the day suddenly stopped working, when I asked I was told to just reset my password. Unfortunately, every time I reset it, the new password (which you are required to use instantly) DOES NOT WORK. I am absolutely SICK of clicking on endless captcha nonsense when no matter how many times I try to reset the password with all the different possible permutations of ANYTHING, it WILL NOT accept whatever password, I have literally just changed it to. I simply want to return a broken video card which is already an annoying issue as it is holding up taxes and the financial aid forms I have to provide for two kids until I can put the breadboxed system back together. I do not mind at ALL putting up a collateral for the cross mailed unit, definitely worth the effort in time... but if I can't ever navigate to the RMA form, I won't be able to do a damned thing. Sure I can post here (which I managed to 'back into ' since the log in window only leaves me hanging on the log in window with or without the failed login message) but literally clicking on anything else that requires account access such as open RMA or my product information simply throws me back to the login window, with no progress at all... Pretty frustrating for an event that already IS pretty goddamned frustrating. Any help anywhere? Scott Z edit title by Cool GTX added [Resolved]

I *think* your forum and main account are linked, so I'd suggest trying to change your password whilst in the forum and seeing what happens.
Failing that, you can always call customer service at 1 (888) 880-3842 to ask for their assistance. They're always super helpful and friendly.

Email the webmaster@evga.com or call them But you are logged on now? If you do not know your current password you cannot reset it without emailing the webmaster@evga.com or calling them.

Thanks for the ideas guys... anything is appreciated... but...
I have used the reset password method which gives you a temporary password, which then requires that you immediately reset your password to a new one. The problem with that is that as soon as you do that the system requires you to sign in. While this should be no problem as you have just assigned a new password, the system is only leaving me on the login page, with neither error nor any access to any other page. Anything other than the forum only bounces me back to the login page if I need any information from my account... like changing password.
The RMA is just hanging out there and I cant access it because I cant log into the system, and no one is going to answer in California after 530 Pacific... E mailing the webmaster is probably not going to be faster than just watching the clock until 10 am tomorrow...

Um... Well not working still, but
I wanted to just say thank you to everyone who has tried to help, including a personal phone call I received in the last ten minutes as a result of several people trying to make this work like NOW> So, wow, thanks and I really appreciate it. Unfortunately, I can not use the password so kindly applied by Daniel after his work with an assist from someone in IT.
Assigning the new password, and then passing the captcha only leaves me with the result that pressing the login button takes out the password asterisks, the captcha checkmark, and leaves me on the same old login screen with no access to anything... Heh... I forgot today was the 13th...

Hey what browser are you using? I was just able to log in to the account with the one I provided. I would recommend clearing the cookies and cache of the system with a program called CCleaner and see if that resolves it as well.

Try clearing your browser cache. Clear browsing history, cookies.

Also you could try logging in on a phone, tablet or another computer. It could even be some odd anti virus software blocking cookies normally phones and tables work well when computers fail to load a page properly.

So I begged Daniel in a second phone call to just let me give up for the night because I just wanted a drink and to veg out - thank you to him for letting me just be an old man on the couch in front of the TV. :) Thank you to everyone that tried to help, and especially the folks after hours, moderator, Tech folk with phone calls and all. I have passed it on to our beta testing unit (about 75 people) in detail, as an example of excellence. This morning I put my breadboarded system back in the case with an old 970 so I could access this from there. Sign on went without a hitch. I owe you all.

Thanks again. I have received my cross mailed 1080 FTW as of yesterday, Tuesday morning, (actually it probably arrived Monday night per forecast - we live out in the middle of the desert, in a big house where I can frequently be places I cannot hear the doorbell - so things like that can arrive quite late, and because of where we are, and who lives around us, safely sit outside).
That's less than 3 business days from the point I applied for cross mail.
Today I have printed the RMA form and, via UPS, am sending the insured package in the replacement packing per instructions. Easy!
RMA's suck, but how many are a pleasant surprise?
Soon as my taxes are finished, it is my youngest son's turn to get a new build. Not much of a guess what mfg'r we will buy the 2080 from.

Yeah, with the taxes in last month, got the EVGA 2080 XC Gaming, installed it about a week ago, and love it. My youngest kid who got it loves it in his Thermaltake View 71 with the ARGB Riing fans we upgraded it with. It is really cool and quiet, and I know that with the extended warranty I got, if I don't happen to be around when he needs help from this community and EVGA, he will get it from all of you.
