How to flash VBIOS - 2080 Ti Aorus

I want flash to new bios. But Easy Boost and @BIOS not recognizing bios version. It said unknown. I even cant backup bios because it saying fail.

If somebody help me i will be greatful.






My card is Aorus 2080 Ti. Can somebody help me? Also of course gpuz recognizing card.
i download new bios from site,but i dont know how to flash it. There is a exe file in rar and other files. x64 is with password and i dont know that password. Thx

Maybe my oc will be better than actual ,because now i am running ( +45 oc boost ) and have 1950-1995mhz in gaming. When i put +75 it crashing. So maybe new bios will help.
I am using AORUS ENGINE.

9900K 5ghz ( llc level 5 idle 1.34-1.35v,load 1.313-323v)

    Ok i updated bios to F3 from F2,but the same stability on overclock. 
    When i put boost clock to +80mhz it crashing in firestrike. On +70mhz its fine. Also voltage is maxed. Using Aorus Engine utlility. Memory is +700mhz. Maybe should i change program to Evga precistion or that doesnt matter?

    Also power limit maxed,temp target maxed. Or just be happy with +70mhz?:) Clock during load is something 2010mhz.
     
     
    Somebody said that this overclock is weak and i should on 150+ on core.

    No two cards will overclock the exact same, even if they are the exact same models.
     
    This is called silicon lottery.
     
    It is not the software holding you back but the limit of your GPU on your specific card.
     
    Read up on overclocking the RTX series cards. More voltage on them does not necessarily mean higher over clock.

    Glad to hear you got the vbios installed. Just be happy with the +70.
