Me: HP Pavilion 17" laptop circa Jul 2011 but still going strong.  Windows 10 (1803)
3 monitors:  Left 27" ASUS off the U3-UV39 (USB 2.0 port); center: laptop monitor; right 34" LG wide screen
DriverMax updating utility found a driver for yours:  9.0.1809.0 1/26/2019
More recent than my current one:  8.2.1952.0 5/22/2017 which itself appears to be more recent than the latest x64 driver on your support download page.
Is the 9.0.1809.0 a legit driver update?

This is not your problem so ignore as needed:
My ROXIO USB capture device (the other USB 2.0 port) just BSOD for the second time in 3 days in their emBDA64A.sys capture driver; IRQ_NOT_LESS_THAN... bug check.
It was just running at the time in the background (forgot to close it!) and but not recording anything!
What seems to have prompted this one (and the previous one):  I was dragging an open window (e.g. MS WORD) from the right or center screens to the left (UV) display.
Bug check was immediate which is why I recall the situation.
Would putting the left monitor directly on a USB 3.0 port (idle otherwise in the above events) or possibly on a 10-port ANKER USB 3.0 hub help with this?  Not much going on here just out of ports.
And I know ROXIO has a lot of issues with their stuff, which is my next stop... :-)
Thanks for any replies!
