If u have warranty better send to warranty because other way if u touch her or opening inside your warranty will be gone. And for example my issues with gpu was hardware so.. idk but if u want u can check it : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDLQ7FjPMf8 But i recommended for you just send to RMA.
This is incorrect. We will support a card for warranty services even if it has been opened, and thermal paste reapplied, or even thermal pads replaced. This is not an issue to us. If however, the card is damaged during the process, such as a capacitor / resister gets broke off , or your screwdriver slips and scratches the PCB, etc, this will void the warranty.
Hope I cleared up any confusion! :)

Sorry Seger but this is my first and last EVGA card I ever get, even if it will be for free like this one.
Warranty? You mean this fails of germany service? I cant read this forum more about RMA and repair cards.
Were you having some troubles with our RMA process? If you can provide me with the serial number for the card (In a private message please), I can go ahead and look into any issues you may be having with the warranty / RMA process. We are always here to help, so if you have any troubles, feel free to email us or call us!
Hopefully I can work with you on a resolution!
