Whenever I try to use the OC options in bios I am prompted "Your system does't support this feature (for overclocking platform only)."
I am using a i7-7740X which I thought was unlocked, I am not sure if it is referencing something else?

When I load into Bios, I get 4 options, 1. Advanced Configurations - Enter Setup 2. Default Mode- Run with Default Settings 3. Set up conservative Overclock - Gamer Mode 4. EVGA OC Robot - Auto Overclock your PC. If I select options 3 or 4 I get prompted "Your system does't support this feature (for overclocking platform only)"
Trying to figure out why I can not access these options and why I am being prompted I don't have a overclocking platform.

Cpu Multiplier is set to Auto, unsure if it happened on older bios, I updated to the latest before looking at any of the Overclock options.

Intel® Core™ i5-7640X X-series ProcessorProcessor Base Frequency 4.00 GHz Max Turbo Frequency 4.20 GHz What are you trying to Overclock to? This is a very low end Processor with only 4 Cores and No HT. What are you using to Cool the CPU? If you set to 42 and keep the vCore at Auto will the CPU run at 4200MHz? What Memory Make and Model Number do you have and are you running the XMP1 Profile?

4500MHz is a great OC for your CPU. Installing the last known Bios for this Motherboard.

I could even go higher with 1.11 bios but backed a little down to 4.5GHz, so expected that with bios 1.18 it would clock higher

Kabylake-X is not supported by OC Robot on the X299 platform. I'll follow up with our product management team and check if there is a specific reason that is preventing OC robot from supporting that line of CPU's.
