Hi, i have a GTX 970 FTW since 2016, it was my first EVGA hardware, and i liked a lot, then the next year on 2017 i needed to change my pc and i bought a motherboard EVGA X99 socket 2011v.3, Supernova P2 Plus Platinum 750W, (i dont run in SLI, only one graphic card) i did it this because i think this hardware was very good tested and have a good sinergy between the evga pieces, the last month the pc died with a black screen, the pc had a warranty from the shop that i was buyed ,2 years and sent to they all the shipment was paid for the shop, they helpme very very good but the problem was the graphic and its out of warranty because i bougth on 2016, before the all pc ,it was buyed on 2017.
i did the extension warranty 5 years to graphic till 2020, 10 years to motherboard, and the supernova P2 had 10 years on its own.
Now i need to speak with support or technical, in eu i must send to munich and i need to speak english ...and i dont its very complicated to me, can you help me ? do you know if there are some spanish support? but not Latam its more expensive the aduana taxes and i come from eu and i am living in Spain.
if i can read slowly like here the forums and i dont need to speak i can do it with a little help, im a little afraidd to fo it something wrong and lose the warranty.
i never overclocked this graphic..because my last was a gtx 470 from asus very good and strong i was used near of 7 years and the last 3 years i overclocked it and it crash. For that thing i was look to something better cooler and construction, and the 970 with the ACEX 2.0 liked me a lot, and always run nice, i used a good rpm in auto, always run 45/55 degrees. I dont known the cause of this issue. This was my firt RMA with EVGA and my first in english too, please can you help me a little?
