I finally built a new system and am eager to see what it can do with Boinc. I saved for 5 years for this and I went all out for a kick ass gaming system that could also do a great job at Boinc tasks.

Intel Core i9-9900K
ASUS Prime Z390-P
CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000)
EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 XC ULTRA GAMING
Seasonic PRIME Ultra 850W 80+ Platinum
Noctua NH-D15 CPU Cooler
SAMSUNG 970 EVO M.2 2280 250GB
SAMSUNG 860 EVO Series 2.5" 1TB
TOSHIBA X300 4TB Desktop Hard Drive
Fractal Design Define R6
Windows 10 Pro

I also tossed in two SAMSUNG 830 512GB SSD's and a optical drive from my old system. I figured I had them so I might as well use them. Now to see what it can do. The Boinc CPU benchmarks look promising.
Number of CPU's 16
5414 Floating Point MIPS (Whetstone) per CPU
21240 integer MIPS (Dhrystone) per CPU

Very nice! Should do real good, the new GPUs really seem to do very well in most of the BOINC projects.

I must say this system has impressed me more than I figured it would. Its putting out some serious numbers in Rosetta and Collatz. I tried GPUgrid but I don't think they are set up for RTX GPU's yet. All I got was compute errors.
