Hi, trying to see if there's a potential backlog occurring regarding the availability of RTX 20 cards. It would make sense with a new release.

    Hi Davea1,

Could you clarify your question a little? Which RTX 20 series card are you referring to, and what do you mean backlog?

    Hi @the_Scarlet_one,

Sure. I'm referring to the RTX 2060 cards and I'm just noticing a bit of processing time with Step-Up orders and I'm trying to see if there's a potential issue with availability at the moment. I saw somewhere a while back that NVIDIA was anticipating a shortage of inventory regarding the new cards but I don't know if that's still ongoing as well.

I thought you may be referring to a step-up. I doubt there is a backlog. Just like the step up page notes, it will take time for the 20 series cards to be sent out for step ups. The 2060 cards are still relatively new at this time.

The 2080 and 2080ti users have had people waiting since the initially applied for their step up before the 2060 was launched.

Step up inventory is completely separate from all other inventory, so they are happening in order of when users applied for their step up. It just takes time is all.

Also, I am going to move this to the step up section as wel.
