I've purchased around 10 EVGA cards over the years and recently had to do a second RMA on a different card.  Both RMA experiences were top notch.  First RMA was back in 2014.  I had a EVGA GTX 760 SC (3 year warranty, fan problem), and EVGA sent me a EVGA GTX 960 FTW as a replacement.  A few weeks ago my trusty old EVGA GTX 570 SC died (lifetime warranty, bad vram? not sure), and I received a EVGA GTX 970 SC as a replacement.  Just wanted to say THANK YOU for all your fantastic customer support, and quality video cards.

Sounds like a nice upgrade from the RMA. Really glad that the RMA’s went well since that is what EVGA seems to strive for.

It's great to see positive RMA experiences being posted here. My card is on its way back to EVGA and I was frankly a bit nervous after having read a couple of threads here. I guess everything goes smoothly in the majority of cases.

Maybe two or three out a few hundred is noting to be nervous about.
    Some are also self caused.
No other Company can compare to the Support to include RMA that is provide by EVGA.
Being Frankly a bit Nervous about an RMA it the First Place seems odd at best.

Absolutely, my concerns revolve more around things that are outside EVGA's control, such as the package being lost by the courier or stuck in customs or something like that. The support from EVGA that I have received so far has been first rate.

I concur. No other company even comes close to rivaling EVGA in their CS arena. I’ve turned to EVGA for my friends and myself alike. I won’t buy any other GPU brand for NVIDIA products anymore. As much of a ROG fanboy as I am, I cannot do it.
