Ray tracing definitely makes things look better, but I won't be using dlss due to the extra blur it adds. When I bought my 2080 ti's I bought them for the pure speed increase in rasterization over the 1080 ti.

It is kind of sad to see you spend that much money for a feature you won't use. This is how my GTX 1080Ti is feeling right now after your statement  Like a BOSS!!

60-46 = 14 FPS more for the value? I  I will take that screenshot performance any day of the week if it is a 50% increase, but to each his own.  You are happy with your FPs increase, i respect that, but i won't be. I play hard to get with my money

I downloaded the drivers first...then the patch. Try reinstalling 418.91 again and see if DLSS appears. It is just below the RTX settings
I just bought BF5 and the DLSS icon is ghosted out and cant be selected. Can You help me at all with this ? I have a 2080Ti XC 2282 black edition.

DLSS is ghosted out in my bf5 performance settings and I cant get it to work. Hope someone can help me with this, I just bought BF5 yesterday and have owned my EVGA 2282 2080Ti for 5 months and wanted to actually see something work to show Me how the 2080Ti could to ray tracing and DLSS. ( below is directions I saw on the net ) To turn on ray tracing and DLSS in Battlefield V on GeForce RTX PCs and laptops, follow these steps: Install our new Game Ready Driver Install Windows 10 October 2018 update (version 1809, or higher) Download the new February 13th Battlefield V game update from Origin With everything installed and updated, head to the Graphics Setting menu in Battlefield V, enable DirectX 12, restart the game if prompted, click on Advanced Settings, enable DXR and restart the game if prompted, enable NVIDIA DLSS, then scroll down and select a detail level for the "DXR Reflections Quality” setting. What resolution are you running at? As far as I remember, DLSS is resolution based, so if you are running specific resolutions you can not use DLSS from what I understood. 2080ti at 4K has DLSS, 2080 at 4K or 1440p has DLSS, 2070 at 4K, 1440p, or 1080p has DLSS. I may be slightly off on the resolution requirements, but I know they were limited on purpose. Basically, a 2080ti at 1440p will not be able to use DLSS because the card is already running about the intended minimum frame rate for DLSS to boost over.
