RMA Received pending.

Hi I have a concern right now and wanted to be informed if it's just delayed. I recently RMA'd my GTX 980 TI, I have received a tracking number through fedex that my card has been delivered to you guys. On EVGA website through under my open RMA it says' "RMA Received: Pending"? I'm just a bit worried is all and would like some information thanks!

    It means exactly that. We've received the original product, and it's being checked over. When the replacement ships, the status will update to complete, with a tracking number.

    When any company receives an RMA it takes a little while to check the item before a determination can be made. Two years ago I had to send in a motherboard to MSI. It took 3 business days for them just to check it.
