Can't buy graphics card

Hi,
 
Trying to make my first purchase on the EVGA EU site, but can't get past shipping options page (Checkout_ShippingSpeed)
 
I have ticked Accept conditions and selected (only) option Carriage (12.99) when I click continue, it just kicks me back to the Shopping cart (ShoppingCart) with no error. Keeps going in loop.
 
I have tried: different browsers, different devices, different products (tried RTX 2060 both showing as in stock) to no avail. Very frustrating as need to order card ASAP (RTX 2070 for 539 euros)
 
Please help! Very frustrating.

    Update your address from your member profile page then try to checkout again. Also make sure that you are on eu.evga.com

    I have tried that, it shows correct address, I have removed and re-added then logged out and in, still no joy.
     
    I am definitely on eu.evga.com

    Had to change URL manually to get it to work. Not the best user experience!
