Ok so I see in the bios there is a setting for a vcore voltage offset.
It states it adds to the voltage set in the bios, so if one has say 1.20 and adds +200mv offset, it would yield a vcore of 1.40.
My dumb question is, why would one choose to add an offset rather than just setting the vcore to what they want anyway?
