Hi, could y help me shearch for a direct die for z77 ftw and i7 3770k post uncapping

hello, 
i own a cpu 3770k
motherboard z77ftw
and gtx 1080ti kingpin
when i play mass effect adromeda, my processor heated up to 83 degrees celcius
after process of uncapping, sanding of the die, and change of thermic paste (grizzly cryonaute), i am up to 78 degrees celcius
i wish to make a direct die and have no idea where to buy the cpu support
can you help me please
excuse my english i am french,

    What type of cooling are you using? What type of PC case do you have? Sounds to me as if your CPU isn't getting enough cooling air. You really need something like this: https://www.corsair.com/eu/en/Categories/Products/Liquid-Cooling/Hydro-Series-H100x-High-Performance-Liquid-CPU-Cooler/p/CW-9060040-WW
     
    If you are already water cooling then you have insufficient air flow.

    I have clc 280 evga and a DG87
    My pump is power 60% and the fans are 80%

    With 16g of ram the cpu can it less heat?

    Sounds like a cooling air issue. Open the side compartment of your PC case. Borrow a normal house fan (or buy a cheap one) and allow it to blow air into the chassis and check the temps.

    Did you search on http://der8auer.com/  I know they have made "direct die frame"
     
    Try Web search for : (search with "3770k" & also try with the term "Ivy Bridge")

    Its hard to find the direct die frame that explicitly say for 3rd gen (ivy) these days. I used an ICE Delid Die Guard (4th gen haswell) one from ebay and it fit fine on 3570k and has good die contact.
