I sent the card in rma last week and today they told me that they decline the request for the warranty service with this email:

Hello ....,
thank you for contacting us and sending your card, for the warranty service, to the RMA-Department in.
Unfortunately, I have bad news to deliver.
Due to the look of the transport box and the state of the card, which is damaged in an unnatural way,
the RMA-Department have declined the request for the warranty service.

Therefore, we can’t assist further here for the card.

We’re offering you two options, how to proceed now with the card.

Option 1:
If you want, we will ship the card back to you.

Option 2:
If you don’t want your card back, we can destroy the card for you.

Please let us know, for which option you decide.

I'm sure I have packed the card with many layers of bubble wrap and I also have the photos.
I bought an evga card just to avoid these problems. Truly bad experience

    Hello MenteAbbiente,

I will ask our EU team to look into this further as I can not access damage photos from the EU. Most likely the best action I would suggest though if to have the card returned to you and file a claim with the delivery company if it was damaged in transit.

    Everything is security.

    Hi MenteAbbiente,

we already forwarded pictures of the complete packaging // product itself - just let us know if you haven´t received it and we will re-send it again - but the package / cartoon was completely destroyed, in order of this the product physically damaged - we also informed about the UPS ID,

    Have a good day,

Ah yes...the "It was damaged thru no fault of the person who sent it in, so let's decline it" option.

As much as I love eVGA, and I do...a lot....This always bothers me...and yes, I understand why you do it, I just think it's crappy.

That is what shipping insurance is for.

There is no company that is going to Warranty a product that was destroyed by the shipping company. Hopefully the OP bought shipping insurance and it covers the replacement.

This has very little to do without EVGA and everything to do with mishandling by UPS.

Bubble wrap only goes so far and only keeps the card from loving around. It sounds as if the box was crushed, and I would be very interested the see the pictures of the GPU and box.
