I played for a very brief time for the free weekend. While gameplay was  pretty fun, it seems many were having connectivity issues(my buddy included). The round I attempted our group got stuck at what seemed like some sort of puzzle and or portals? I wasn't sure entirely what was going on tbo as I may have had 1 too many, but something wasn't right. Gunplay was "okay", though no sense of any recoil, though on the contrary you are in a mech suit of sorts. Graphics were pretty decent, though even latest drivers ran pretty rubbish on my system(especially in towns). Suit mechanics I found to be pretty fun, just wish I had more personal time recently to really dive into it. I have high hopes for the game, and WOULD buy it, if not the only reason to have a good co-op game with buddies. Keeping my fingers crossed it get's better and better.

I really hope they can turn this around after launch.  The premise seems very cool, I just think some bad decisions were implemented along the way.
Nothing that can't be fixed, if they listen to their community & make the commitment to stay with it post-launch, longer term....

I played both weekends. I honestly thought it was pretty dang good, actually what made me buy a new gpu for launch. I thought the gameplay felt great, combat felt smooth to me... flight and swimming did take some tweaking with sensitivity settings but i got the hang of it pretty quickly. I'm alittle sad about how many people seem very dissapointed/boycotting this game already. I just want to play. I dont want it to die right after release. lol

Doesnt seem like Triple A studios want to make Triple A games anymore. Seems like theyd rather rush out a semi complete game thats decent quality as fast as they can. Simply because they can and make more money by pumping those games out. EA seems to lead that pack with Activision. 

You're not wrong. This is the modus operandi ever since the AAA studios were sold to the publishers. The fact of the matter is that the average quality of AAA games really was higher when there were many independent AAA studios who only worked with publishers, rather than being wholly owned by them.
 
While in the past, the important game-making decisions were made by one or more people who loved and played games, they are now made by executives who are not passionate about video games and who I have a very hard time believing even play games--if they ever did at all. There were publisher-owned studios twenty years ago, but the point is that independent AAA studios actually existed, whereas CD Projekt RED is the only one I can think of today.
 
Many people attempt to deflect culpability from "developer" to "publisher" in matters of criticism, but today the publisher is the developer. A studio is no more a separate entity than the accounting department.

I thought it looked good never played the Beta but will be playing on launch day.

It looked interesting but after Destiny I decided to wait for the reviews and to see if it gets the player base.
