I had black screen problems with my new 2080 Ti Black; the RMA process was great. Very quick responses, helpful support, fast shipping - zero complaints about the process, pleasantly surprised actually as I've never had to RMA something before. I will definitely buy EVGA products in the future.

Because it was within 30 days, EVGA provided a shipping label for the RMA and replaced the card with a BNIB replacement. The small problem is it arrived today with discoloration/rust...? Around the ports and on the nearby heat pipes. Some of it seems to rub off but some doesn't. The packaging was flawless.

As long as the card is safe to use and it is documented for any (hopefully never have to) future RMAs that the card arrived like this I do not mind keeping it. No need to go through the process and make ya'll send out a new card if it is a purely cosmetic issue, I am just not at all an expert on the subject.

Just to be honest, I would not use that card.  If there is already discoloration/rust on the I/O, there is no telling what is going on inside of the card where you cannot see.  I would highly suggest talking to EVGA about this one before you use it.

Like Scarlet said, do not use the GPU.  You did not pay a premium price to receive that type of product. I would ship it back ASAP if i were you.  This is absolutely unacceptable!!

Those who abuse power, are nothing but scumbags! The challenge of power is how to use it and not abuse it. The abuse of power that seems to create the most unhappiness is when a person uses personal power to get ahead without regards to the welfare of others, people are obsessed with it. You can take a nice person and turn them into a slob, into an insane being, craving power, destroying anything that stands in their way.

I would Not use this Card as well, Let EVGA Replace it for you and you should not even test with it.
