EVGA step-up to EVGA RTX 2070 in europe

I have a question.
I bought a evga 1070ti FTW2 to use the step-up program to switch if the 2070 cards were available.
They are now available in Europe
But I do not see these in the step-up program. 
when are they coming in the step-up program.

    Unfortunately there are no current plans to add any of the RTX 2070s to the step-up program and if they are not added within your 90 day window then only the options you see now are what is currently available to step-up to.

    But Maybe then buy an RTX 2080
