Hello,
 
As topic subject states, does this mean i still buy "second-hand" card when registering my product? And warranty starts on the date product was shipped from EVGA warehouse? How can i know this date?

    Unless purchased from the EVGA_official seller on ebay, it would be "Second-hand" even if new.
     
     
    The warranty starts on the date it was shipped. 
     
    If you have the serial number, we can look up the shipping info.

    Don't know, but the 2070 was released on the 18th of august of 2018.
