Hi,

My RMA is in transit en route to me. Is there anyway I can check what unit was sent to me?
If it is the same model, or a different model of card is what I mean by this.

    Hello reecey00,

If you go to Member, My Products and then click View Details on the card you sent to us, you can see the part number that was shipped back to you.

Thanks. Any way to check if its new or refurbished?

    Hello Reecey00,

Now with any product that is outside of the first 30 days of purchase, it will be replaced with a refurbished unit for RMA. If it was replaced within the first 30 days of purchase it would be new in box unit.
