Hi,

I have few questions. Im planning to buy a used EVGA graphics card, as far as i understood it is allowed to re-register product on my account and use benefits of warranty, and then, if something (i hope not), i can apply for RMA process. Am i right?
I saw that RMA requires invoice. If im buying card from ebay, what will i need in this case then? Some screenshot from ebay proving my purchase? Paypal transaction screenshot?

If i live in Europe and buy from US seller, it doesn't matter which RMA center im going to apply to, it can be located anywhere, right?

That is correct. You'll just need to upload the ebay invoice. I'd suggest rma'ing with a center near you.

Hello pavel105,

Yes, this is correct, if you purchase a product second hand you will be able to use that product transferable warranty, not all products have this option. Now if that original product was shipping and sold before May 25, 2018, it will not need an invoice but it was it was after that date you will need an invoice just to show that you have purchased that product.

Guys, one more question. When doing RMA, does it require original packaging: Box, manuals, CD etc? Escpecially interested about box.

Hello pavel105,

So with all RMA we do not require any of the accessories these would be for you to keep this would also be addressed in the RMA step emails. Now as to the retail box we do recommend to ship the unit in that box but you are not required to if you would like to keep that box. Just remember to do your best when it comes to shipping of the product and it is also recommended to take insurance of the shipment as well.

There's a paragraph in Limited Warranty Terms:

What is not covered by this Limited Warranty
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or dealers, which include, without limitation, online marketplaces such as eBay (except for EVGA's official eBay store), Amazon (except for EVGA's official Amazon Marketplace store), and other online auction and/or marketplace websites. If you are unsure of whether a reseller is an Authorized Reseller, please contact EVGA for confirmation.

I'm confused here. Does this paragraph above only apply to completely new purchases? Or it concerns second-hand purchases as well? If it concerns second-hand, then basically there's no point in buying second-hand card, since they aren't official resellers and i won't be able to use RMA if something, even if i transfer serial.

I believe that unauthorized Reseller Only applies to the "New Item Warranty"

so any purchase Not from a Authorized Reseller -- the warranty is handled like second hand --- IE: no Step-Up, Extended Warranty Option, Warranty starts day EVGA First shipped item from their warehouse & Not the day purchased
